RAFT
Terms of Use
1. Services and accounts
RAFT provides image generation, video generation, media management, workspace collaboration, membership credits, and related creative tools. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity under your account.
You may not transfer, rent, share, or misuse your account, or bypass login, billing, credit, access-control, or security systems.
2. User content and outputs
You retain rights to prompts, images, videos, reference materials, and other content you upload. You grant RAFT the permissions needed to store, process, transmit, display, and generate content as part of the service.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your uploads. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, publicity, privacy, trademark, or other rights.
Outputs may depend on models, third-party APIs, prompts, references, and system limits. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use, publication, advertising, resale, or other use.
3. Prohibited conduct
Do not use RAFT to create, upload, or distribute illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, exploitative, impersonating, privacy-invasive, malicious, phishing, spam, or public-safety-threatening content.
Do not scrape, reverse engineer, stress test, interfere with, bypass rate limits, or abuse platform resources through automation.
Do not impersonate others or create sensitive, deceptive, or harmful depictions of identifiable people without proper authorization.
4. Credits, membership, and payments
Some features require credits or membership. Prices, credit costs, membership benefits, and renewal rules are shown in the product and may change as model costs, providers, or operations change.
Unless required by law or expressly stated by RAFT, consumed credits, tasks already in processing, custom services, and credit packs are generally non-refundable.
If a payment provider, model provider, or network issue causes a failed task, RAFT will make reasonable efforts to restore the task, compensate credits, or provide a retry path based on actual task status.
5. Third-party services
RAFT may use third-party models, storage, payment, analytics, email, and infrastructure services. Certain requests, assets, and generation parameters may be sent to those services to complete tasks.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, content policies, regional limits, and availability constraints. RAFT does not guarantee that third-party services will always be available or return expected results.
6. Changes and termination
RAFT may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compliance, provider, cost, product, or technical reasons.
If you violate these Terms, RAFT may limit generation, freeze tasks, remove content, reverse abnormal credits, suspend, or terminate your account.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
RAFT is provided as is. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, stable, error-free, uninterrupted, fit for a particular purpose, or accepted by third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, RAFT is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, third-party claims, or consequences caused by model outputs.
8. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the product, this page, or other reasonable means. Continuing to use RAFT means you accept the updated Terms.
